This command creates an Arrow button. This is a small button with an icon showing a hollow arrow pointing rightwards. When the button is clicked, the arrow becomes solidly black. When clicked again the Arrow returns to its normal hollow appearance. This is another "dingbat" button, along with Checkbox and Hand buttons, which is useful as a way of indicating which item of a list is currently under discussion. But it can also be useful for pointing to parts of a diagram.
